	Come enjoy the country life at our rustic log cabin set on three acres cascading down to a small stream and pond. The two story cabin sits at an elevation of 3,000 feet in the valley with 3,200 s.f. of living area for your large family to vacation in. Please review the cabin's floor plans for layout and furnishings.
The evenings are perfect for family gatherings around the stoned wall fireplace in the great room. For your viewing pleasure the cabin has a cable TV/VCR/DVD and multiple televisions. The cabin has free DSL and unlimited log distance domestic phone service.
	Relax on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset, while horses roam on the community's pasture land --- all surrounded by the Maggie Valley mountain ranges. Our guests spend much of their time exploring the many splendid natural wonders of the area. This cabin is a great "base camp" for your adventures in the mountains of North Carolina. During late September through October, the leaves change from day to day. They change with the decreasing light, humidity and temperature. From your base camp, you can travel up in elevation to the Blue Ridge Parkway or down in elevation to see the leaves at their best. Enjoy your meals with a view while dining at the great room table or grab a quick meal at one of the four kitchen counter stools. Your family can enjoy the mountain air on the back deck while barbecuing on the gas grill and relaxing in a rockers or at the deck table and many chairs.
	The galley kitchen with pine cabinets comes fully equipped with range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, glassware, utensils, silverware, dishes and pots and pans. Just bring the groceries and you are ready to feed a crowd.
For a little privacy and a getaway, you can retire to the cabin's master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. The cabin has 2 king size beds, 2 double beds in private rooms, with 2 double sleeper sofas and 2 full sized futons in the recreational area. The cabin has plenty of closet space and a 2 car covered carport for your vehicles.
	Picture you and your guests, after a hard day's vacationing -- with your cool drink in hand enjoying the scenery while you overlook our pond and small creek from the deck or lounge in a rocker listening to the natural sounds of country living at its best. Enjoy the shade of the Whipping Willow while sitting at the picnic table watching the kids play in the stream or fish in the the stocked pond.

	Imagine you and your guests in our game room with large wood burning stove fireplace! The kid's will love the huge recreation room with TV, pool table, and ping-pong table. Adjacent to the recreation room, is the fourth bedroom with king size bed, third bathroom and full laundry facilities.
Relax in the Thermaspa Hot Tub after a day of hiking the trails and enjoying the mountain life.

4th of July (Check-in June 28th and Checkout July 5th), Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are priced at

$1,995 per week.

(7 day minimum with pre-set weeks depending on when the Holiday falls)

Monthly Rate: Negotiable

Checkout Cleaning, Firewood and Spa Cleaning included in the rental fee.

A Haywood and Jackson County Occupancy Tax and N .C. Sales Tax of 11% will be added to all Rental Fees.

Reservation requires a 50% prepaid Rental Fee deposit made by credit card at the time of making the reservation.*

Reservations forthe month of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years week's will be the entire Rental Fee and are non-refundable made by credit card.*

A $250 Security Deposit will be collected on each rental and will be returned 30 days after your arrival if the cabin is found in good condition.

Rental fee balance payments and Security Deposits must be received by us at least 30 days prior to your arrival.

There is a $50.00 processing fee for all cancellations and will be charged to your credit card.
